CIAT Campus Announcement:
All students who require residency verification must adhere to the CIAT physical attendance requirements and complete a Campus Selection Agreement no later than the one week prior to the term you request resident verification.
Physical Attendance:
Students who elect to participate in CIAT’s Hybrid Campus option will be required to attend one class session, their final exam, at CIAT’s National City campus. Physical attendance will be required, tracked, and reported to the Veterans Administration, Department of Education, and/or any other federal or state agencies that require residency verification. As CIAT transitions back to on-campus learning, while keeping ongoing COVID health and safety concerns top of mind for students and staff, additional on campus attendance sessions may be added at any time.
Eligibility:
All students are eligible to participate in CIAT’s Hybrid Campus option as long the physical attendance requirements are consistently met each term.

Final Exam Schedule Per Term:
Sign in to your student portal to reserve your exam date.
Instructions – How To Reserve Your On-Campus Final Exam Session
- Simply sign in to your student portal and navigate to the ‘On-Ground Final Exam Sign Up’ section in the bottom left hand corner of your profile menu.
- Select a time
- Complete the signup form using your @ciat.edu email and your student ID
- Click on “Book” to reserve your timeslot
