Get Technical Help With CIAT Systems

The CIAT team is typically available for student support between the hours of 8am – 7pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday. Additionally, technical support tickets are monitored over after-hours to ensure CIAT technical tools remain reliable and support for students while you are focusing on your classes.

Quickest Way To Get Technical Help: 

  •  Submit an IT helpdesk ticket by sending an email to help@ciat.edu

Types of Technical Help: 

  • Help logging in to CIAT Student Portal
  • Help logging in or navigating Canvas
  • Password resets

Note: If you need technical help with an assignment, help understanding your coursework, or need one-on-one tutoring, please contact your instructor or our Student Services Team for support.
