Ready to take your certification exam? Your first step is to ensure you’ve already finished the preparation resources in Canvas for the certification you want to take. If you don’t yet have access to this, submit a request to your Student Success Advisor or email studentservicesteam@ciat.edu.

Once you are ready to submit the request for your certification voucher, fill out the form using the link below.
