Attendance will be submitted and recorded through weekly Attendance Activity Checkpoints. Student engagement is an essential part of the educational experience at CIAT. Active participation in coursework activities facilitates academic and career success. Your overall academic performance is directly impacted by the level and consistency of your course participation. Make sure you are completing these on time to stay within your attendance requirement!
Attendance Schedule:
- There are three (3) attendance checkpoints each week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (no changes).
- Students are required to complete a minimum of one (1) eligible attendance activity by each attendance due date per week to earn full attendance credit.
Attendance will be tracked and visible through your Student Portal.
What Counts as an Attendance Activity?

- Student submission of an assessment (i.e. exams, quizzes).
