EMPLOYER TUITION ASSISTANCE

Use your approved employer tuition benefit towards your degree or certificate program

Many organizations offer tuition assistance to their employees as a way to promote professional development. Students may qualify for tuition assistance depending on their employer and what the employer offers. The first place to look for this information is through your HR department and/or manager. You might also check your employee handbook. Ask what resources if any are available.

How it Works

Contact your HR or login to your company portal to receive details around your tuition assistance benefit. Take a screenshot of your benefits and the amount, and send to your CIAT financial aid advisor. Each employer operates differently. It is the student's reposibility to understand your unique employer policies.

How to Apply

Applying is easy, and submitting an online application is free! The application process can take 15-20 minutes to complete. Your admissions advisor will walk you through every step of the way, including choosing your program and making sure you have everything you need to be prepared as a student. Simply follow these steps.

Employer Tuition Discount

Many organizations offer tuition assistance or reimbursement benefits to help their employees further their education. As a CIAT student, you may qualify for up to 50% off your tuition through your employer's discount program.

In addition to the tuition discount, CIAT provides specialized support to help students maximize their employer tuition assistance. This includes personalized financial aid guidance, flexible scheduling options, and complimentary industry certification exam vouchers.

The best place to start is by checking with your company's HR department or consulting your employee handbook. They should be able to provide details on any tuition assistance programs, eligibility requirements, and the application process.

CIAT's Employer Partnership program allows organizations to create customized tuition discount packages, from 10-50% off, to help upskill and retain their workforce. We'll work with you to align your partnership initiatives with your business goals.
