Student satisfaction drives our decision-making and helps us regularly adapt to the needs of our students. All students are surveyed at the completion of each five-week term and are asked to provide feedback on their overall course experience, instructor support, confidence in their skill building, and more. We are proud of our high student satisfaction rates, consistently reaching our goals of 90% or higher each term. We value transparency and have committed to posting the complete survey results each term for prospective students and active students to review.
At CIAT, you are more than just a number. As a growing school, we are rapidly growing our curriculum, our policies, and our support processes to ensure students are reaching their goals and graduating with pride. Learn more about how we calculate our student satisfaction rate, our program completion rates, and our program placement rates.
Developing trust builds better relationships, and enables us to deliver better experiences and outcomes for our students.
Transparency strengthens accountability. We make data readily available, with student satisfaction surveys conducted each term.
Commitment to student success is what drives us, from the first day of class, all the way through program completion and job preparation.
CIAT ensures our students are prepared to pass their certification exams with personalized instruction, test preparation workshops, and unlimited attempts on most exams*. The only way to fail is to give up.
Learn MoreStudents learn faster and perform better in smaller classes. A class size of fewer than 25 students often results in more individual attention, increased participation, and better communication between the instructor and students.
